Writer's picture: HBFoLHBFoL

The Bear Who Saved Me by Hannah Rose Hodges describes Posy, a gifted girl who loses her best friend and embarks on a great adventure to find him with the help of a magical, sweet-talking bear, who helps her find more than she bargained for. This story is designed to speak to those of all ages, and bring hope to those dealing with loss, feelings of isolation, and sadness. Posy sees the world with a bold and exciting perspective, and she manages to overcome her fears and discover her own happiness among those considered unconventional by society.

Hannah Rose Hodges found inspiration for The Bear Who Saved Me from the many wonderful people in her life. Her experience as a preschool teacher early in her career solidified her love for writing children's stories. Following her graduation from art school, she started refining her work for publishing. This is Hodges first book, and she plans to continue writing and sharing her love and passion for literature through her storytelling.
